Yam Fries With Chilli-Mayo

This delicious snack can be made using our Thick cut chips or Straight Cut Fries.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • Squeeze of lemon or lime juice (to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 500 grams Sympli Thick Cut Chips
  1. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce, lemon or lime juice and whisk/ stir well to combine.

  2. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

  3. Cover and refrigerate till ready to serve. The flavour improves with time.

  4. Deep fry Sympli Thick Cut Chips at 180 °C (356 °F) for 5 mins, or oil brush and bake at 225 °C (437 °F) for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove and strain for 2 minutes, then put into
    a serving plate or platter.

  6. Serve Chips with Chili-Mayo sauce.
