
YAM FRIES AND CORNED BEEF SAUCE

Heat up vegetable oil and fry the Sympli Thick Cut Chips for 5 minutes on medium to high heat till it’s brown. Salt your Yam Fries and set aside.

Heat up your vegetable Oil and stir fry your onions.
Add your blended tomatoes and allow to cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add your rosemary, white pepper and stir into the sauce and allow to cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in your corned beef and break down the meat into the sauce in chunks.

Season with your bouillon cube and allow the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes on medium to low heat. Pour in your bell peppers and add your chopped tomatoes. Finally add in your yaji powder and stir and cook for a minute.

Serve your corned beef sauce with your Sympli Thick Cut Chips and garnish with rosemary.
