Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops
  • 1 cup peeled shrimps
  • 1.5 teaspoon Yaji
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons salad dressing of your choice
  • 120 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams sliced cabbage
  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 70 grams lettuce ((small bunch))
  • 0.5 medium sized avocado
  • Pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Season shrimps with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Yaji, garlic & a pinch of salt

  2. Set shrimps aside for 10 minutes

  3. Coat Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops with 1 tablespoon olive oil

  4. Bake Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops at 225 °C for 7 minutes, and bake shrimps for 5 – 7 minutes

  5. Slice vegetables and toss them together in a bowl

  6. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of Yaji on chopped vegetables

  7. Top with baked Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops & shrimps

  8. Finish with salad dressing of your choice
