Yaji Shrimp Dodo Salad
Ingredients
Directions

Season shrimps with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Yaji, garlic & a pinch of salt

Set shrimps aside for 10 minutes

Coat Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops with 1 tablespoon olive oil

Bake Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops at 225 °C for 7 minutes, and bake shrimps for 5 – 7 minutes

Slice vegetables and toss them together in a bowl

Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of Yaji on chopped vegetables

Top with baked Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops & shrimps

Finish with salad dressing of your choice
