This delicious snack can be made using our Thick Cut Chips or Straight Cut Fries.
Combine the curry powder, dried thyme and salt.
Deep fry Sympli Thick Cut Chips at 180 °C (356 °F) for 5 mins, or oil brush and bake at 225 °C (437 °F) for 10 minutes.
Remove and strain for 2 minutes, then put into a bowl.
Sprinkle with the curry mix, or to taste.
Toss so yam is coated with the mix.
Serve with stew, or as you like.
