Tossed Curry Fries

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine the curry powder, dried thyme and salt.

  2. Deep fry Sympli Thick Cut Chips at 180 °C (356 °F) for 5 mins, or oil brush and bake at 225 °C (437 °F) for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove and strain for 2 minutes, then put into a bowl.

  4. Sprinkle with the curry mix, or to taste.

  5. Toss so yam is coated with the mix.

  6. Serve with stew, or as you like.
