Ingredients
  • 500 grams Sympli Straight Cut Fries
  • 1 Can Sardine
  • 4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Bulb of Onions
  • 5 Piece of Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 4 grams Bouillon Cube
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Directions
  1. Heat up vegetable oil and fry the Sympli Plantain Chops for 3 minutes on medium to high heat till it’s golden brown.

  2. Stir fry the parboiled gizzard and brown for about 2 minutes.

  3. Add your chopped tomatoes and pour in your blended tomatoes and allow to cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle your bouillon cube, salt and thyme and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Pour in your plantains, bell peppers and onions and stir fry for a minute.

  6. Serve your Sympli Plantain Chops Gizdodo dish and garnish with parsley.
