SWEET POTATO & SARDINE STEW
Heat up vegetable oil and fry the Sympli Plantain Chops for 3 minutes on medium to high heat till it’s golden brown.
Stir fry the parboiled gizzard and brown for about 2 minutes.
Add your chopped tomatoes and pour in your blended tomatoes and allow to cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle your bouillon cube, salt and thyme and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour in your plantains, bell peppers and onions and stir fry for a minute.
Serve your Sympli Plantain Chops Gizdodo dish and garnish with parsley.
