Suya Loaded Fries

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Suya in small pieces (or Dambu, Kilishi)
  • 1/3 cup red tomatoes (red tomatoes)
  • 1/3 cup purple onions (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup cabbage (sliced)
  • 500 grams Sympli Straight Cut Fries
  • Yajin kuli or suya pepper (to taste)
Directions
  1. Deep fry Sympli Straight Cut Fries at 180 °C (356 °F) for 3.5 mins, or oil brush and bake at 225 °C (437 °F) for 8 minutes. 

  2. Remove and strain for 2 minutes, then put into a serving plate or platter.

  3. Spread suya and vegetables over the top.

  4. Sprinkle yajin kuli to taste.

  5. Serve with a creamy dip on the side like mayonnaise.
