Suya Dodo Stir Fry

  • 1 cup Sympli Ripe Plantain (Chops)
  • 1 cup Suya Strips
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Cube
  • 1/4 Black Pepper
  • A Pinch of Salt
  1. Season your suya strips with the seasoning cube and the minced garlic

  2. Heat up your pan with the vegetable oil, stir fry your seasoned strips for 5 minutes on medium to high heat. Reduce the heat then add your bell peppers, black pepper and salt and allow to simmer.

  3. Deep fry your Sympli Ripe Plantain Chops at 180 °C (356 °F) for 3 mins till golden brown

  4. Pour the cooked Plantain Chops into the pan with the suya, stir fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Garnish & serve hot.
