Potatorita & Pepper Sauce
Whisk your egg in a bowl, add your sweet potato cubes and your flour. Mix all together. Add the tablespoon of water to loosen the mixture and add a pinch of salt.
Scoop your sweet potato cubes into hot oil to deep fry and allow to cook for 3.5 minutes. Blend your peppers and set aside.
Heat up your vegetable oil, stir fry your onions and garlic, then pour in your peppers and seasoning cubes. Allow to fry for about 5 minutes then serve hot with your sweet potato cubes and garnish.
